Co-Chairmen and CEO Position Descriptions

The Board has approved written position descriptions for the Co-Chairmen of the Board and for the Chairman of each Board Committee. In general terms, the Co-Chairmen of the Board and the Chairmen of the Board Committees are responsible for ensuring that the Board or Committee is able to fulfill its duties and responsibilities in an effective manner, for planning and organizing the activities of the Board or of the Committee, for ensuring that delegated Committee functions are carried out and reported as necessary, for facilitating effective interaction with management, and for engaging outside advisers where necessary.

The Board has approved a written position description for the President and Chief Executive Officer.
